Favorite New Recipes

Two things I have been craving lately: campfire-roasted hot dogs, something I haven't had for almost a year since diagnosed gluten-intolerant, and anything lemon-flavored. So I am going to try making the Atkin's Revolution Roll into a hot-dog bun. Found several GF hotdogs, Harvest brand and Freybe's European wieners. So off to the kitchen to experiment with that one. Then on to lemon-poppyseed muffins and lemon cookies. Also found an interesting GF recipe for English Muffins to try and some other great recipes.
